Dear friends and family,

We've now been in LA for a little over 24 hours.
Some students were in class at 8:00 a.m. today and some
had the day off. But likely, most of our minds were still in Korea.
We have much processing to do amidst a very busy few weeks.
Your prayers for us as we adjust will be much appreciated.

I think only the days and weeks ahead will reveal what we have really taken away from this trip, but I would not be surprised if all of us came to the same conclusion, that we have been permanently changed. Perhaps: some will be more hospitable, some will be more generous, some will be more adventurous, some will bask in the light of God's love, some will be more eager to share the gospel, some will trust that God provides in all things especially when the circumstances look impossible,  ...or perhaps change in a little or lot of all of those areas and "live rejoicing everyday" (from our song O Happy Day).

I am praising God for doing a marvelous and miraculous work in and with us, not the least of which was zero drama with 35 college singers travelling together for 13 days. We all learned about submission. That is a marvelous and miraculous event in an of itself :) In all seriousness, we have seen God in new ways and been a part of something so far greater than ourselves. What a GREAT and awesome work He did.

Thank you for all of your prayers and interest. We know that we rode on the wings of hundreds, maybe thousands of prayers.

Much love from myself and the Chorale to you all!

Seoul Concert with Yoonhakwon Chorale

"The anticipation for the Seoul Concert has been building up all week and we are expecting a full house!" says Mrs. Yuna Park of FEBC. "The music and the testimonies the Chorale have shared with us are like heavenly blessings from above." The Seoul Concert will be very special indeed, because the Biola University Chorale will be joined by the Yoonhakwon Chorale for this event. Please continue to keep everyone in your prayers!

Just as your soul prospers

The students and staff were welcomed in Gwangju with joyful hospitality. Everyone was presented with a beautiful scroll with the verse 3 John 2 "Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers."

In addition to the performances, the students have indeed enjoyed some fellowship and refreshment!
